Community guidelines
Food first. Numbers optional. Nobody gets shamed.
Cook generously
Share food you actually cooked, with your own photos.
Credit the cook and recipe you adapted. Remixes always link back to the original.
Talk about flavour, texture and technique. Kitchen talk, not diet talk.
Be kind in comments. Everyone is learning.
What we do not allow
- Shaming food, bodies or people. No “good” or “bad” foods.
- Weight, fasting, calorie-target or “detox” challenges, and before-and-after body photos.
- Health or medical claims about food, such as saying a dish cures or reverses an illness.
- Unsafe food advice, harassment, hate, spam, nudity or graphic content.
- Other people's recipes or photos posted as your own.
- Accounts for anyone under 18.
Reporting
Every recipe, version, comment, collection and profile has a Report option with these reasons:
- Promotes disordered eating or extreme dieting
- Medical or health claims
- Unsafe food advice (allergen, raw, etc.)
- Harassment or hate
- Spam or scam
- Nudity or graphic content
- Stolen recipe or photo
- Someone under 18
When you report something, we hide it for you straight away while our team reviews it. Reports about disordered eating go to the front of the queue. You can also block or mute anyone; a block stops them seeing, following, commenting on or remixing your posts.
